📋 Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using DictaNotes AI (the "App"), developed and published by Sinan Ünver / UNVER TECH, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the App and uninstall it from your device.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Sinan Ünver / UNVER TECH ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the App.

📱 License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on a device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or create derivative works based on the App or any part thereof
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices contained in the App
  • Use the App for any illegal, unauthorized, or unethical purpose
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App or related systems
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, its servers, or any related systems or networks
  • Use the App to transmit harmful code, viruses, or malicious software
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access or interact with the App

💎 Intellectual Property

The App and its entire contents, features, functionality, design, graphics, logos, icons, and source code are owned by Sinan Ünver / UNVER TECH and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

The DictaNotes AI name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Sinan Ünver / UNVER TECH. You may not use such marks without prior written permission.

📦 In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

The App may offer in-app purchases or subscription services. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings
  • Prices may vary by region and are subject to change with appropriate notice
  • Free trial periods, if offered, will convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends

👤 User Content & Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all content that you create, upload, store, or process using the App ("User Content"). You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights and permissions to use and process your User Content
  • Your User Content does not violate the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or contractual rights
  • Your use of the App complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations

We do not claim ownership of your User Content. All content you create remains your property.

⚠️ Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY.

We do not warrant that:

  • The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • The results obtained from the App will be accurate or reliable
  • Any errors in the App will be corrected
  • The App will be compatible with all devices or operating system versions

⚖️ Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SINAN ÜNVER / UNVER TECH BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising from or related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

🔄 Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if you breach any provision of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately, and you must uninstall the App from all devices.

All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

🌍 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Istanbul, Turkey.

For users in the European Union, nothing in these Terms affects your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

📝 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or by updating this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
